Mountain Joy will accept or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 14 days from the original purchase date. Products must be returned with all Mountain Joy tags still attached and must have the original receipt. All gently used sales and sale items are final. 

Shipping is not available.  

Mountain Joy accepts all forms of credit cards, cash, and checks. 

Gift cards are available at a variety of price points. 

At this time we are not accepting any new pieces of clothing. Be sure to check back in regularly to see if availability has opened up. 

We are always seeking new products to bring into our store. Under the store information tab and fill out a new product suggestion form and we will get back to you.
